CASE STUDY — CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION

Built to last.
Now built to be found.

Capital Construction builds some of Austin’s most considered custom homes. The work was exceptional. The website didn’t show it — and search rarely surfaced it. We redesigned the site around the homes themselves and built the visibility foundation beneath it.

Capital Construction brand color palette — custom home builder website redesign and SEO by Ryderking + Co, Austin

the brief —

Strong work. Quiet presence.

Capital Construction came to the studio established and well-regarded — an Austin custom home builder with a portfolio most firms would envy. What they didn’t have was a website that matched the work, or a presence in search that brought new homeowners to it.

The ask was specific: visibility. Be found by the right people, in the right city, searching for exactly this. The redesign followed from that goal — not the other way around.

THE REDESIGN —

The homes lead. Everything else supports them.

The previous site was minimal and bright — red and yellow, with little room for the architecture to breathe. We kept Capital’s signature red but refined it, then rebuilt the site as an editorial space: generous imagery, clear structure, and pacing that lets each home hold attention.

Nothing competes with the work. The design recedes so the architecture can speak.
