Good to Know
How much does pitch deck design cost?
Pitch deck design starts at $950 for The Refresh — a visual redesign of an existing deck, up to 15 slides. The Full Build, a deck designed from scratch with narrative and copy direction up to 20 slides, is $2,500. Additional slides are quoted per slide.
How long does it take to design a pitch deck?
A Refresh is typically delivered within 48 hours. A Full Build runs about one to two weeks, depending on slide count and how much narrative work is involved. Rush scheduling is available and quoted separately.
Do you write the deck content, or just design it?
Both, depending on the tier. The Refresh redesigns content you already have. The Full Build includes narrative structure and copy direction — we shape the story and the words, then design around them.
What format is the deck delivered in?
Fully editable files in the application your team uses — Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides — plus a PDF for sharing. Everything is organized and yours to keep and edit.
Do I need a finished deck before we start?
No. We work from whatever you have — a draft deck, a rough outline, or notes. The Full Build is designed for exactly this: turning unstructured content into a clear, persuasive presentation.
Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. Every deck is built in your brand — typography, color, and visual language applied consistently across every slide. If you don’t have a defined brand yet, we can establish the essentials as part of the work.
