Veritas Backstage came to Ryderking + Co with a practice offering hormone health, peptide therapy, bio-fillers, laser treatments, Ayurveda, massage, and IV therapy across two locations. The work was genuinely impressive. The brand was outdated.
Outdated, generic, and built by someone else — it read as another med spa in a saturated Austin market. Devon knew what she had built. The brand didn’t reflect it.
Ryderking + Co rebuilt everything: a full visual identity, a directed photoshoot, website design and copy, a social media content system, intelligent automations, and an advanced SEO and AEO strategy.
Devon wanted a brand that didn’t sound like everyone else in the room. We started with the words. Austin’s wellness market is loud. Med spas that promise transformation, urgency, and results — all in the same breath. Ryderking + Co wrote a brand voice for Veritas Backstage that does the opposite: no buzzwords, no hype, no clinical detachment. Copy that sounds like a practitioner who knows what she’s doing and doesn’t need to announce it. In a saturated market, restraint is the differentiator.

Deep reds, rich purples, forest greens. Romantic and elegant — with a foundation in science.
The visual identity was established before any system was built. A full color language, typographic system, and imagery direction that reflected the experience of the practice: sophisticated, science-backed, and genuinely warm.
The Aging Pathways framework was developed as an organizing concept — connecting every service to the individual’s hormonal and metabolic profile, and giving clients a clear, considered entry point into the practice.
Photography was directed and styled by Ryderking + Co. The florals — present throughout the clinic and central to the brand imagery — were intentional from the beginning.
